٢٣٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا، وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا»
