٢٣٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ أَسْمَاءَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، مَوْلَى الْمُنْبَعِثِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ مِصْرَ، عَنْ سُرَّقٍ،
«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ الرَّجُلِ، وَيَمِينَ الطَّالِبِ»
