٢٣٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:
«إِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَالْبَيْعُ لِلْأَوَّلِ» «فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ إِبْطَالُ الْخَلَاصِ»
