١٧٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«إِنِّي قَدْ عَفَوْتُ عَنْكُمْ عَنْ صَدَقَةِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ، وَلَكِنْ هَاتُوا رُبُعَ الْعُشْرِ، مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمًا»
