حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ،
«أنا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ، فَوَجَدَ رَجُلٌ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ»
