حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ،
«أنا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ، يَبِيعُ الثَّوْبَ، فَيَقُولُ: هُوَ بِنَقْدٍ بِعَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ، وَبِنَسِيئَةٍ بِخَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ، فَقَالَ: «لَا بَأْسَ إِذَا كَانَ عَلَى أَحَدِ الْأَمْرَيْنِ»
