حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ،
«أنا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ، يَمُرُّ بِالْعَشَّارِ، وَمَعَهُ رَقِيقٌ، فَيَقُولُ: هُمْ أَحْرَارٌ قَالَ الْحَكَمُ: «لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ» . وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «أَخْشَى أَنْ يَعْتِقُوا»
