حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ
«قَالَ: كُنَّا عِنْدَ شَرِيكٍ يَوْمًا فَظَهَرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْحَدِيثِ جَفَاءٌ فَانْتَهَرَ بَعْضَهُمْ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ: يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، لَوْ رَفَقْتَ فَوَضَعَ شَرِيكٌ يَدَهُ عَلَى رُكْبَةِ الشَّيْخِ، وَقَالَ: " النَّبْلُ عَوْنٌ عَلَى الدِّينِ»
