٢٤٠٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة عن عبد اللَّه بن دينار عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ :

«البيعان بالخيار في بيعهما، ما لم (يتفرقا) (١) ، إلا أن يكون بيعهما (عن) (٢) خيار»
