١٦٧٣٦ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن محمد بن عمرو (عن أبي سلمة) (١) عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ :

«اليتيمة تستأمر في نفسها، فإن (قبلت) (٢) فهو إذنها، وإن (أبت) (٣) فلا جواز عليها»
