وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الطَّالْقَانِيُّ، عَنْ بَقِيَّةَ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ
«قَالَ: «كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّا لَا يَكَادُ أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ حَتَّى يُسْأَلَ، وَكَانَ مِنْ أَبَشِّ النَّاسِ وَأَكْثَرِهِمْ تَبَسُّمًا»
