حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ , ثنا سُفْيَانُ , عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ , عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ , عَنْ عَلِيٍّ
«قَالَ: " فِي شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ الضَّرْبَةِ بِالْعَصَا وَالْحَجَرِ الثَّقِيلِ أَثْلَاثٌ: ثُلُثُ جُذَاعٍ , وَثُلُثُ حِقَاقٍ , وَثُلُثُ ثَنِيَّةٍ إِلَى بَازِلِ عَامِهَا , قَالَ يَزِيدُ: لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ: خِلْفَةً»
