حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْخَمْرُ حَرَامٌ وَبَيْعُهَا حَرَامٌ وَثَمَنُهَا حَرَامٌ»
