حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْأَحْوَصِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ
«قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «ذَبِيحَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ حَلَالٌ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُسَمِّ مَا لَمْ يَتَعَمَّدْ , وَالصَّيْدُ كَذَلِكَ»
