٩٤٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عِدَّةِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ إِذَا طُلِّقَتْ فَحَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ
«عِدَّتُهَا سَنَةٌ»
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: هُوَ قَوْلُ مَالِكٍ [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
