٣٢٧٤ - حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ شِنْظِيرٍ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ وَفِيهِ عِتْقٌ؟ قَالَ:
«يُبْدَأُ بِالْعِتْقِ»
