٣٢٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِأَشْيَاءَ ومنهَا الْعِتْقُ، فَيُجَاوِزُ الثُّلُثَ؟ قَالَ:
«يُبْدَأُ بِالْعِتْقِ»
