٣٢٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُطَرِّفٌ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الشَّعْبِيَّ، يَقُولُ:
«إِذَا شَهِدَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ، فَفِي نَصِيبِهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ» «بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي جَمِيعِ حِصَّتِهِ»
