٣٢٠٢ - حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ:
«لَا يُبَاعُ الْوَلَاءُ وَلَا يُوهَبُ، وَالْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ»
