٣١٩٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ وَتَرَكَتْ مَوْلًى، قَالَ:
«الْوَلَاءُ لِبَنِيهَا، فَإِذَا مَاتُوا، رَجَعَ إِلَى عَصَبَتِهَا»
