٣١٣٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَشْعَثُ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ:
«كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ، إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ أَنْ لَا يُوَرِّثَ الْحَمِيلَ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ، وَإِنْ جَاءَتْ بِهِ فِي خِرَقِهَا»
