٣١٢٧ - حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:

«لَا يَرِثُ قَاتِلٌ خَطَأً وَلَا عَمْدًا»
