٣٠٨٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ:
«كُلُّ قَوْمٍ مُتَوَارِثِينَ، عَمِيَ مَوْتُهُمْ فِي هَدْمٍ أَوْ غَرَقٍ، فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يَتَوَارَثُونَ، يَرِثُهُمُ الْأَحْيَاءُ»
