٣٠١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هَانِئٍ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ عَامِرٌ، عَنْ مَوْلُودٍ وُلِدَ وَلَيْسَ بِذَكَرٍ وَلَا أُنْثَى، لَيْسَ لَهُ مَا لِلذَّكَرِ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مَا لِلْأُنْثَى، يُخْرِجُ مِنْ سُرَّتِهِ كَهَيْئَةِ الْبَوْلِ وَالْغَائِطِ، سُئِلَ عَنْ مِيرَاثِهِ فَقَالَ:
«نِصْفُ حَظِّ الذَّكَرِ، وَنِصْفُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَى»
