٣٠٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، فِي وَلَدِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ:
«أَنَّهُ تَرِثُهُ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ، وَهُمْ يَعْقِلُونَ عَنْهُ»
