٢٩٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ:

«لَا تَرِثُ أُمُّ أَبِ الْأُمِّ، ابْنُهَا الَّذِي تُدْلِي بِهِ لَا يَرِثُ فَكَيْفَ تَرِثُ هِيَ؟»
