٢٩١٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَأَبَوَيْهَا:
«لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ»
