٢٣٨٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ، فَقَدِ اسْتَثْنَى»
