٢٠٥٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَدِيَّ بْنَ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: عَنِ الْمِعْرَاضِ، فَقَالَ:
«إِذَا أَصَابَ بِحَدِّهِ فَكُلْ، وَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَقَتَلَ، فَإِنَّهُ وَقِيذٌ فَلَا تَأْكُلْ»
