٢٠٤٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْكَلْبِ، فَقَالَ:

«مَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ كَلْبُكَ فَكُلْ، فَإِنَّ أَخْذَهُ ذَكَاتُهُ، وَإِنْ وَجَدْتَ مَعَهُ كَلْبًا فَخَشِيتَ أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ أَخَذَهُ مَعَهُ وَقَدْ قَتَلَهُ فَلَا تَأْكُلْهُ، فَإِنَّكَ إِنَّمَا ذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَى كَلْبِكَ، وَلَمْ تَذْكُرْهُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ»
