١٨٥٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِ مَنْ قُتِلَ مِنْهُنَّ: الْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ»
