««كَيْفَ أَهْلَلْتَ؟» «أَحْسَنْتَ، اذْهَبْ فَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، ثُمَّ حِلَّ» «إِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ، فَإِنَّ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ يَأْمُرُ بِالتَّمَامِ، وَإِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَحِلَّ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ»»
