١٧٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ:

«إِنَّمَا يُفْتِي النَّاسَ ثَلَاثَةٌ: رَجُلٌ إِمَامٌ أَوْ وَالٍ، وَرَجُلٌ يَعْلَمُ نَاسِخَ الْقُرْآنِ مِنَ الْمَنْسُوخِ - قَالُوا: يَا حُذَيْفَةُ، مِنْ ذَاكَ؟ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ - أَوْ أَحْمَقُ مُتَكَلِّفٌ»
