١٢١٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ، عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَارِيَةَ لَمْ تَبْلُغِ الْمَحِيضَ وَلَا تَحْمِلُ مِثْلُهَا، كَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا؟ قَالَ:
«ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ»
