١١١٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ مُؤَاكَلَةِ ⦗٧١٠⦘ الْحَائِضِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ بَعْضَ أَهْلِي لَحَائِضٌ، وَإِنَّا لَمُتَعَشُّونَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ جَمِيعًا» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
