٤٢٩٨ - نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلٍ , نا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ , نا عَبَّادُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ , نا نُوحُ بْنُ دَرَّاجٍ , عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ , عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ وَلَا إِقْرَارَ بِدَيْنٍ»
