٤٢١٢ - نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ , نا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ , نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ , عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ , عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ , قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ:
«لَا يَرِثُ الْقَاتِلُ خَطَأً وَلَا عَمْدًا»
وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ
