٤١٤٣ - نا أَبُو طَالِبٍ الْحَافِظُ , نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْأَعْمَى , نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ , نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ , عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ , عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ , عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ , قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:

«لَيْسَ لِقَاتِلٍ مِيرَاثٌ»
