٣٧٢٩ - نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُبَشِّرٍ , نا أَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ , نا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , نا الْحَجَّاجُ , عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ:
«إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الثَّيِّبَ فَلَهَا ثَلَاثٌ ثُمَّ تُقْسَمُ»
