«"أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ سِلْعَةً، فَأَدْرَكَ سِلْعَتَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ قَبَضَ مِنْ ثَمَنِهَا شَيْئًا، فَهِيَ لَهُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ قَبَضَ مِنْ ثَمَنِهَا شَيْئًا، فَهُوَ أُسْوَةٌ الْغُرَمَاءِ"»
