٦٧٥٧ - حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ :

«أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ: أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ جَارِيَةً تُعْتِقُهَا، فَقَالَ أَهْلُهَا: نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ وَلَاءَهَا لَنَا، فَذَكَرَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: لَا يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكِ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ.»
