٦١٥٤ - حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى: أَخْبَرَنَا حَنْظَلَةُ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

«لَأَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ جَوْفُ أَحَدِكُمْ قَيْحًا خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ شِعْرًا.»
