٥٥٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما

«قَامَ عُمَرُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، فَقَالَ: أَمَّا بَعْدُ نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ وَهِيَ مِنْ خَمْسَةٍ: الْعِنَبِ، وَالتَّمْرِ، وَالْعَسَلِ، وَالْحِنْطَةِ، وَالشَّعِيرِ. وَالْخَمْرُ مَا خَامَرَ الْعَقْلَ.»
