٥٢٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ: حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ
«أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الْإِيلَاءِ الَّذِي سَمَّى اللهُ: لَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ بَعْدَ الْأَجَلِ إِلَّا أَنْ يُمْسِكَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَوْ يَعْزِمَ بِالطَّلَاقِ كَمَا أَمَرَ اللهُ عز وجل.»
