٤٦٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ :

«﴿خُذِ الْعَفْوَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْعُرْفِ﴾ قَالَ: مَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ إِلَّا فِي أَخْلَاقِ النَّاسِ»
