٤٥٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رضي الله عنهما :

«﴿وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ﴾ قَالَ: هِيَ مُحْكَمَةٌ، وَلَيْسَتْ بِمَنْسُوخَةٍ»

تَابَعَهُ سَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ.
