٢٦٦٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ: حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ: كَتَبَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رضي الله عنهما :
«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ.»
