٢٣٤٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى: أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رضي الله عنه قَالَ:
«كَانُوا يَزْرَعُونَهَا بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ وَالنِّصْفِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا، أَوْ لِيَمْنَحْهَا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ فَلْيُمْسِكْ أَرْضَهُ»
