٢٢٠٦ - حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ : حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
«أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ أَبَّرَ نَخْلًا ثُمَّ بَاعَ أَصْلَهَا، فَلِلَّذِي أَبَّرَ ثَمَرُ النَّخْلِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَهُ الْمُبْتَاعُ.»
