٢١٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ :
«نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ قَالَ: وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: أَنْ يَبِيعَ الثَّمَرَ بِكَيْلٍ: إِنْ زَادَ فَلِي وَإِنْ نَقَصَ فَعَلَيَّ»
